A couple drops of Tabasco seems like nothing. But, after a few bites you can feel it. The earth is no different.  As climate change heats up our planet fast and furiously, sea level increases are drying up the home of the Tabasco pepper - Avery Island.
To raise money and awareness, Tabasco made limited edition hot sauce for the next 4 decades. Each bottle gets progressively hotter by 140,000 Scoville Units and proceeds are donated to Wetlands International.

Each bottle is designed to represent increasing sea levels and a colour palette that corresponds with the intensifying heat.
